A chore I created isn't showing up on my child's dashboard
A few things can explain this - check these first:
- Wrong day. Recurring chores only appear on the days they're scheduled (e.g. a "school days" chore won't show on a Saturday).
- Assigned to a different child. Double-check who the chore is assigned to in Settings.
- It's overdue. A one-off chore past its due date moves into a separate overdue section rather than the main list.
- It was archived. An archived chore stops appearing entirely until restored.
If none of these explain it, contact support and we'll check the assignment on our end.
